As part of the its efforts under the auspices of the PIFAC/ERM Committee, the Branch was on Friday, 9th April 2021 received by a team of the Lagos State Ministry of Works and Infrastructure at the construction site of the Lagos-Badagry Carriageway.
The delegation of the Branch included ExCo members, Engr. Atinuke Owolabi, Engr. T.K. Ibrahim FNSE and Engr. Femi Adedotun; Past Chairman, Engr. Dr. T.M. Olatunji FNSE; an elder of the Branch, Engr. Ganiyu Owolabi FNSE; Past ExCo member, Engr. Lekan Olabode and other esteemed members, Engr. Rotimi Olubowale, Mr. Babatunde Ajayi, Mr. Festus Oluwafemi Adewunmi, Mr. Tunde Balogun and the Secretary of the PIFAC/ERM Committee, Engr. Joseph Adeyemi who had the honour of coordinating the technical component of the visit as the Committee Chairman, Engr. Robbie Owivry FNSE was unavoidably absent.
The Committee will put up a report with recommendations as part of the Branch’s continued efforts to support COREN for the constitution of the ERM Technical Committee in Lagos.
